Relevant standard test requirements
1. 1 The test object is the battery system.
1.2 Ensure all control systems of the test object are fully operational throughout the testing.
1.3 Short-circuit the terminal of the test object for a duration of 10Min.
1.4 The short-circuit resistance should not exceed 20mΩ, as per mutual agreement. Observe for 2 hours.
1.5 Requirements: The protective device activates efficiently, Ensuring no leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or any other adverse phenomena occur in the battery system. Post-test insulation The resistance value shall be no less than 100Ω/V.
