Structure of the testing chamber

The inner boxes are constructed from premium SUS304 stainless steel plates. These feature innovative hanging hole strips on either side, allowing for seamless vertical adjustments alongside a test track frame. A minimum of 10 thermal insulation layers is achieved using Cm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation interlayers. For optimal low-temperature insulation performance, the connection between the front doors of the inner and outer boxes utilizes high-quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames as thermal insulation partitions. The door's sealing strip is a sophisticated silicone foam series with dual channels, offering exceptional wide temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
Our advanced air supply system features high-performance, multi-blade aluminum wind turbines capable of withstanding extreme temperatures, driven by precision motors to deliver air efficiently to the upper louvers. The air returns from the bottom, maintaining a remarkable uniformity standard of less than 2 º C within a temperature range of -70 to 100 º C, divided by 10 points internationally for excellence in performance.
