Safety Test of Monomer Battery: The heating test is meticulously executed according to the following steps:
1. 1 Monomer battery is charged following the 6.1.3 method.
1.2 Place the monomer battery inside the temperature box. For the ion battery temperature box, increase the temperature at 5ºC/minThe rate allows forroom temperature to ascend to 130ºC±2ºC, And sustain this temperature for 30min,subsequently halting the heating process. For the metal cyanide nickel battery temperature box, adjust at5ºC/minThe rate elevates from room temperature to 85ºC±2ºC, ceasing heating after a stable maintenance of this temperature for 2 hours, followed by an observation period of 1 hour.
Battery Module Safety Test: The heating test is conducted based on these precise steps:
1.1. 1 Battery module is charged as per the 6.1.4 method.
1.1.2 For the ion battery temperature box, escalate the temperature at 5ºC/minThe rate elevates from room temperature to 130ºC±2ºC, maintaining this temperature for 30min.Then,terminate heating.
For the metal cyanide nickel battery's temperature box, increase at 5ºC/minThe rate rises from room temperature to85ºC±2ºC, concluding heating after sustaining this temperature for 2 hours and observing for an additional hour.
