1.1 The test target is the battery pack or system, ensuring an all-encompassing evaluation.
1.2 Within this pivotal test, the dimensions of the gasoline-filled flat plate extend 20cm beyond the test object's horizontal ruler, with the plate's height limited to a maximum of 8cm above the gasoline surface. The gasoline level is carefully maintained at a 50cm distance from the test object.Alternatively, assess the object's ground height when the vehicle is idle, offering adaptable testing conditions., or, by mutual consent, water may be introduced into the base of the flat plate to enhance testing conditions.
1.3 Safely ig-nite the gasoline at a minimum distance of 3 meters from the equipment under test. Following a meticulous 60-second preheating stage, strategically place the oil tray beneath the equipment., should the oil tray's size hinder movement, you may employThe technique of maneuvering the bracket supporting the sample box under test, ensuring optimal testing efficiency.
1.4 Subjects endure direct flame exposure for precisely 70 seconds, simulating intense conditions.
1.5 Enclose the oil pan with a cover plate, and test the subject for 60 seconds in this state, or adjust as agreed between involved parties for customized results.Continue with steadfast direct flame exposure for an additional 60 seconds, ensuring exhaustive testing.
1.6 After the oil pan is removed, maintain diligent observation for a full 2 hours to capture all potential outcomes.

1.7 Requirement: The battery pack or system must not explode. If flames emerge, they must be extinguished within 2 minutes after the fire source is removed, adhering to safety standards.
