1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system
1.2 The test object executes a full 360° rotation at a deliberate pace of 6°/s, Subsequently, it rotates in increments of 90°, pausing for 1 hour at each position, ceases rotation after 360°, followed by a 2-hour observation period.
1.3 The test object undergoes a 360° rotation around the Y axis at a speed of 6°/s, then incrementally rotates at 90° intervals, maintaining each increment for 1 hour, completes a 360° rotation, and is observed for 2 hours.
1.4 Requirements: energy retention The system must not exhibit leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion, ensuring the connections remain reliable and the structure intact. Post-test, the insulation resistance value must be no less than 100Ω/v.
