1.1 The test subject is a battery pack or system under scrutiny for performance and safety.
1.2 The battery system undergoes a smooth 360° rotation at a precision-controlled speed of 6°/s. Subsequently, it rotates in precise 90° increments, pausing for an hour at each angle, completing a full 360° rotation, followed by a detailed 2-hour observation period.
1.3 The test involves a 360° rotation around the Y axis at a controlled speed of 6°/s, followed by incremental rotations of 90°, maintained for an hour each, culminating in a complete 360° rotation and a thorough 2-hour observation.
1.4 Requirements: Power storage systems must exhibit no leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion, ensuring robust connections and structural integrity. Post-testing, the insulation resistance should not fall below 100Ω/v, maintaining exceptional safety standards.
