1. 1 The focus of this test is the battery pack or system
1.2 Pressurization as per the following conditions:
1.2.1 Extruded plate format: Cylindrical plate garden with a 75mm radius, ensuring the semi-cylindrical body's length exceeds the test object's height but does not exceed 1mm.The height of the object, ensuring it remains under 1mm.
1.2.2 Squeezing Direction: Engage in both X and Y directions (X axis being the vehicle's direction of travel, Y axis the horizontal direction perpendicular to travel).
1.2.3 Squeezing Intensity: Cease action when force peaks at 200KN or when deformation reaches 30% of the squeezing direction's total size.
1.2.4 Maintain pressure for 10 minutes and monitor the results for 1 hour.
1.3 Requirements: The battery pack or system must not ig-nite or explode.And so on.
