Our testing machine adheres to an array of stringent standards, including: National Standard/T2423.1-2008 Test A: Low Temperature, National Standard/T4243.2-2008 Test B: High Temperature (Partial), and National Standard/T2433.3-2006 Test Cab: Constant Humidity and Heat. Furthermore, it complies with the Chinese National Standard/T2423.4-2008 Test for Change and Damp Heat, and China National Standard/T2423.34-2012 Test Z/AnnoDominique for Temperature and Humidity Combinations, or any other temperature and humidity tests within the equipment's performance range.
Structure of the testing chamber
Meticulously constructed, the outer shell of the test chamber is crafted from robust galvanized color steel plate, offering durability and protection.
Constructed with precision, the inner boxes are composed of high-grade SUS304 stainless steel plates. Ingeniously designed, they feature a hanging hole strip on the sides of both inner boxes, allowing uniform vertical adjustments with a test track frame. The chamber is fortified with a minimum of 10 cm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation layers, guaranteeing superior thermal efficiency. The front doors are connected using premium quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board frames, serving as thermal insulation partitions with outstanding low-temperature insulation capabilities. A silicone foam series sealing strip with double channels and wide temperature resistance ensures a perfect seal on the door.
Experimental space air circulation:
Our advanced air circulation system employs high-tech multi-blade aluminum wind turbines capable of withstanding extreme temperatures. Driven by powerful motors, they proficiently supply air to the upper louvers while the air returns from the bottom, ensuring impeccable uniformity with less than 2 º C variation within the impressive range of -70~100 º C, as recognized by international standards.
