Structure of the Testing Chamber

The inner boxes are skillfully crafted with SUS304 stainless steel plates, featuring an inventive design with a strategically positioned hanging hole strip on the side of both inner boxes for seamless, uniform up-and-down adjustment, along with a test track frame. This sophisticated structure includes at least 10 thermal insulation layers made of Cm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation interlayer. The connection between the front doors of the inner and outer boxes uses premium electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames as thermal insulation partitions, guaranteeing exceptional low-temperature insulation performance. To ensure optimal sealing, the door sealing strip is engineered with an array of silicone foam featuring double channels, delivering extensive temperature resistance.
