Data acquisition
1. Screen interface curve output - directly save the curve interface on the touch screen or any interface requested by the customer as a * BMP image and save it to a USB flash drive, or directly print the curve interface on the touch screen or any interface requested by the customer (requiring interface software modification) with a printer;
2. USB function - equipped with 1 IGU drive. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB interface of the controller during the experiment. The experimental data will be automatically recorded on a USB drive and saved as * CSV data files (not curve graphs), and the sampling period can be set on the screen. Open and process using software such as EXCEL;
3. Printer connection (optional): - Configure the printer to print the test date, set temperature, set humidity, and measured temperature by setting the printing frequency according to time.
4. Connected to PC (optional): - Through centralized monitoring software, test data can be recorded and automatically displayed as curves on the PC, which can be directly printed and recorded for unlimited time. The file size depends on the hard drive capacity. PC can also serve as a terminal for remote monitoring.

Structure of the testing chamber
The testing chamber boasts a robust structure with an outer shell crafted from superior galvanized color steel plate, ensuring outstanding durability and protection.
Inside, our chambers are lined with SUS304 stainless steel, featuring adjustable hanging hole strips for flexible configuration. The innovative design includes a test track frame, surrounded by a minimum of 10 cm of thermal insulation comprising rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool. The inner and outer box doors are seamlessly connected with premium electric wood chicken glass fiber board frames, offering superior low-temperature insulation. The silicone foam door sealing strip with its double channels ensures impressive temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
Employing an advanced air supply system, the chamber is equipped with high and low-temperature resistant multi-blade aluminum wind turbines powered by motors. These turbines effectively distribute air through upper louvers and return it from the bottom, maintaining a temperature uniformity of less than 2 ºC over a broad range of -70~100 ºC, assessed at an international standard of 10 points.
