Structure of the Testing Chamber
The chamber's robust outer shell is crafted from galvanized color steel plate, ensuring durability and resilience.
The inner chamber boasts construction entirely from SUS304 stainless steel plates. Ingeniously designed with adjustable hanging hole strips on the side, it facilitates uniform positioning with its test track frame. The chamber features at least 10 cm thick thermal insulation layers composed of rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool, ensuring exceptional thermal efficiency. The seamless connection between the inner and outer box doors employs high-quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames, offering superior low-temperature insulation. The doors are sealed with a series of silicone foam strips featuring twin channels and wide temperature resistance for unmatched sealing performance.
Experimental Space Air Circulation:
Our advanced air supply system employs multi-blade aluminum wind turbines, expertly engineered to withstand extreme high and low temperatures. These turbines efficiently channel air, powered by durable motors, to the upper louvers, ensuring optimal circulation. Air return is channeled from the bottom, maintaining a remarkable uniformity of less than 2 º C across a broad range of -70~100 º C (evaluated on a 10-point international scale).
