Relevant Standard Test Requirements
1. 1 The test object is the battery pack or system
1.2 Test Environment: Under the simulated atmospheric pressure equivalent to an altitude of 4000 meters, The surrounding temperature is maintained at room level.
1.3 Allow the test object to acclimate for 5 hours in the environment specified in 1.2, then proceed with a 1C (not exceeding 400A) cross-sectional discharge to the determined discharge cut-off.Monitor conditions vigilantly for a duration of 2 hours.
1.4 Requirements: The battery pack or system must exhibit no signs of discharge current alteration, abnormal voltage fluctuations, leakage, casing rupture, fire, explosion, or any such anomalies. Post-test insulation should be intact.The resistance value must remain at least 100Ω/V.
