Relevant standard test requirements
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system
1.2 During testing, ensure the gasoline-filled flat plate extends 20cm beyond the horizontal dimensions of the test object, with a height not exceeding 8cm from the gasoline surface. Maintain a meticulous 50cm gap from the gasoline liquid level to the test object.Alternatively, evaluate at the vehicle's ground height when idle., or by mutual agreement, introduce water at the base of the flat plate.
1.3 Ig-nite the gasoline at a minimum distance of 3m from the equipment being tested. Following a 60s preheat phase, strategically position the oil tray beneath the equipment., should the oil plate's size exceed movability constraints, opt forRelocate the bracket of the sample box under examination.
1.4 The testing subjects are to be directly exposed to the flame for a precise duration of 70 seconds.
1.5 Position the cover plate over the oil pan, with the test subject continuing for 60 seconds under these conditions or per mutual negotiation.Extend direct flame exposure for an additional 60 seconds.
1.6 Conclude by removing the oil pan and observe the results diligently for a period of 2 hours.
1.7 Performance Criteria: The battery pack or system must exhibit no explosion. In the presence of flames, ensure they are extinguished within 2 minutes post removal of the fire source.
