The impact occurs on the battery's stick surface, and observations are recorded for 6 hours. Refer to Appendix E for detailed test equipment specifications. 1. It is crucial that during the impact test, the longitudinal axis and weight of the cylindrical battery are aligned.The surface must be parallel, with the metal rod and battery's electrical axis being vertically aligned. For square and soft-packaged batteries, impacts are applied only to the wide surface. During the buckle battery impact test, the metal rod crosses the battery surface.Impact testing of this caliber is required. During the buckle battery test, the rod traverses the battery's center. Only one impact test is conducted per sample to ensure accuracy and reliability.
