A) Squeezing Direction: Squeezing is executed perpendicular to the orientation of the battery pole plate (refer to Figure 1)
B) Extruded Plate Form: Radius of 75mmThe semicircular body, The length (L) of the semi-cylinder surpasses the dimensions of the battery being squeezed.
C) Squeezing Speed: (5±1) mm/s
D) Degree of Squeezing: The voltage drops to 0V, the deformation achieves 30%, or the extrusion force reaches 200kN.Back StopCease squeezing; observe carefully for 1 hour
2. Battery Module Safety Test, the extrusion test is executed following these steps 1. 1 The monomer battery is charged as per the 6.1.4 method, with the test carried out under the specified conditions
A) The most susceptible direction for squeezing in the vehicle's battery module layout remains consistent.If the most vulnerable squeezing direction cannot be determined, apply pressure perpendicular to the monomer battery. Pressure is exerted in the directional arrangement (illustrated in Figure 3)
B) Extruded Plate Form: semicircular body with a radius of 75mm, semi-cylinderThe length of the body exceeds the dimensions of the squeezed battery but does not surpass 1 meter.
C) Squeezing Speed: (5±1) mm/s
D) Squeezing Degree: the deformation of the battery module reaches 30%, or the extrusion force attains the storage1000 times the weight of the battery module, or the maximum value from Table 2, maintained for 10 minutes with a 1-hour observation period
