Relevant standard test requirements
1.1 The test subject is the battery pack or system
1.2 During testing, the flat plate filled with gasoline exceeds the horizontal dimension of the test object by 20cm, with a maximum height of 8cm above the gasoline's surface. The gap between the gasoline level and the test object is precisely maintained at 50cm.Alternatively, assess the ground clearance of the object when the vehicle is stationary., or upon mutual agreement, water may be introduced into the flat plate's base.
1.3 Ig-nite the gasoline at a minimum distance of 3 meters away from the equipment under test. Following a 60-second preheating period, position the oil tray beneath the equipment under test., if the oil tray is too large to be moved, you may opt toRelocate the supporting structure of the sample container under test.
1.4 Expose the test subjects directly to the flame for a duration of 70 seconds.
1.5 Secure the cover plate over the oil pan, conducting the test for 60 seconds under these conditions or as agreed upon by the parties.Continue direct flame exposure for an additional 60 seconds.
1.6 Remove the oil pan and conduct observations over a 2-hour period.
1.7 Requirements: The battery pack or system must not explode. Should any flames occur, they must be extinguished within 2 minutes after removing the fire source.
