1. 1 The test object is the battery system.
1.2 All control systems of the test object in the test should be in working condition, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
1.3 Short-circuit the terminal of the test object for a duration of 10Min.

1.4 The short-circuit resistance shall not exceed 20mΩ, a condition mutually agreed upon by both parties. Observe for 2 hours to ensure compliance.
1.5 Requirements: The protective device functions flawlessly, The battery system exhibits no leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, and other adverse phenomena. Post-test insulation The resistance value remains not less than 100Ω/V, safeguarding performance and safety.
