1.2 Test Environment:Simulate conditions that replicate the challenges experienced at an altitude of 4000 meters, ensuring that air pressure mirrors these extreme altitudes.Ensure that the temperature is consistently maintained at room temperature to facilitate uniform test conditions.
1.3 Allow the test object to acclimate for a comprehensive 5-hour period within the environment detailed in 1.2. Following this, perform a 1C (not exceeding 400A) transverse discharge until the discharge cut-off point is precisely reached on the test object.Conditions. Diligently monitor the results over a vigilant 2-hour period.
1.4 Requirements:The battery pack or system must show no signs of discharge current transformation, irregular voltage, leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion. After the test, the insulation must remain robust and intact.The resistance value after testing must be confirmed at no less than 100Ω/V, ensuring unparalleled safety and reliability.
