Relevant standard test requirements
1.1 The test object is the battery system.
1.2 Guarantee that all control systems of the test object remain fully operational throughout the testing process.
1.3 Initiate a short-circuit at the terminal of the test object for a duration of 10Min.
1.4 The short-circuit resistance must not exceed 20mΩ, as previously agreed. Monitor for a duration of 2 hours.
1.5 Requirements: Ensure the protective device activates seamlessly,Preventing any leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or other detrimental phenomena within the battery system. Post-test insulationThe resistance value must be no less than 100Ω/V.
