1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 Test environment:Simulate an air pressure condition equivalent to the awe-inspiring altitude of 4000m,while maintaining the temperature at a comfortable room temperature.
1.3 Allow the test object to stabilize for a comprehensive 5 hours in the environment described in 1.2, followed by a precise 1C (up to a maximum of 400A) transverse discharge to the discharge cut-off.Conditions. Vigilantly monitor the object for an uninterrupted 2-hour duration.
1.4 Requirements:The battery pack or system should manifest no discharge current transformation, abnormal voltage, leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or any other malfunction. After the test, the insulationresistance value must remain above a robust 100Ω/V.
