Relevant Standard Test Requirements
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 During testing, ensure the gasoline-filled flat plate extends 20cm beyond the test object's horizontal edge, with its height not exceeding 8cm above the gasoline surface. Maintain a precise 50cm gap between the gasoline liquid level and the test object.Alternatively, determine the object's height above ground when the vehicle remains stationary.Alternatively, as agreed upon, water may be introduced into the base of the flat plate.
1.3 Ig-nite the gasoline from a safe distance of at least 3m from the equipment under test. Following a 60-second preheating period, position the oil tray beneath the equipment.If relocating the oil tray proves difficult due to size constraints, employA strategic method to reposition the sample box's support bracket during examination.
1.4 Subject test specimens to direct flame for an intense 70 seconds.
1.5 Cover the oil pan with a plate, and continue testing the subject for an additional 60 seconds under these conditions or as mutually agreed.Sustain direct flame exposure for another 60 seconds.
1.6 Remove the oil pan and conduct a vigilant 2-hour observation period.

1.7 Requirements: The battery pack or system must not explode, and any flames must be extinguished within two minutes following the removal of the fire source.
