1.1. Charge the monomer battery strictly in accordance with method 6.1.3.
1.2 Place the monomer battery into the temperature chamber, following a precise ion battery heating rate of 5ºC/Min,where the temperature is increased fromroom temperature to an exact 130ºC±2ºC,holding this temperature steady for 30Min,then halt the heating process. For metal cyanide nickel battery chambers, employ a heating rate of5ºC/Minto transition from room temperature to85ºC±2ºC, ceasing heating after maintaining this temperature for 2 hours, followed by a crucial 1-hour observation period.
Battery Module Safety Test:Conduct the heating test with precision by following these detailed and meticulously outlined steps:
1.1.1. Charge the battery module in accordance with method 6.1.4,
1.1.2 In the ion battery temperature chamber, increase the temperature at a controlled rate of 5ºC/Min,progressing from room temperature to a stable 130ºC±2ºC, maintaining this level for a precise 30Min.Subsequently, discontinue heating.
For the metal cyanide nickel battery chamber, utilize a similar ascending rate of 5ºC/Min,advancing from room temperature to85ºC±2ºC, concluding the heating process after holding this temperature for 2 hours and carrying out an additional 1-hour observation period.
