Relevant Standard Test Requirements
1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 Throughout the testing process, ensure the flat plate filled with gasoline extends 20cm beyond the horizontal edge of the test object. The height must not surpass 8cm above the gasoline surface, maintaining a precise gap of 50cm between the gasoline level and the test subject.Alternatively, determine the object's height above ground when the vehicle remains idle., or upon mutual agreement, introduce water into the base of the flat plate.
1.3 Ig-nite the gasoline at a safe distance of no less than 3m from the equipment under test. Following a 60-second preheating phase, strategically position the oil tray beneath the equipment., if moving the oil tray is challenging owing to its size, utilizeA technique to reposition the support bracket of the sample box being tested.
1.4 Subject the test specimens to direct flame exposure for a duration of 70 seconds.
1.5 Cover the oil pan with a protective plate, continuing the test for 60 seconds under these conditions or as mutually agreed upon by both parties.Continue direct flame exposure for an additional period of 60 seconds.
1.6 Upon extraction of the oil pan, conduct a meticulous observation over a 2-hour duration.

1.7 Requisites: The battery pack or system must remain explosion-free. In case of flames, they must be extinguished within a 2-minute window following the removal of the fire source.

National Standard T2423.1-2008 Test A: Low Temperature National Standard T4243.2-2008 Test B: High Temperature (Partial) National Standard T2433.3-2006 Test Cab: Constant Humidity and Heat.
