Relevant standard test requirements
1. 1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 Test environment: Simulate an air pressure condition equivalent to an altitude of 4000m, with the temperature maintained at room temperature.
1.3 Allow the test object to stabilize for 5 hours in the environment described in 1.2, then perform a 1C (no more than 400A) transverse discharge to the discharge cut-off.Conditions. Monitor the object for a continuous 2-hour duration.
1.4 Requirements: The battery pack or system should exhibit no discharge current transformation, abnormal voltage, leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or any other malfunction. Post-test insulationThe resistance value should not fall below 100Ω/V.
