Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.
1.2 The test object rotates 360° at a speed of 6°/s, and then rotates in 90° increments. It is held for 1 hour at each 90° increment. Stop when it rotates 360° and observe for 2 hours.
1.3 The test object rotates 360° around the Y - axis at a speed of 6°/s first, and then rotates in 90° increments. It is held for 1 hour at each 90° increment. Stop when it rotates 360° and observe for 2 hours.
1.4 Requirements: There should be no phenomena such as leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion in the battery pack or system. And the connection should be reliable and the structure intact. After the test, the insulation resistance value should be not less than 100Ω/V.
