Relevant standard test requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system.
1.2 Refer to GB/T2423.18 severe level (5), and execute four experimental cycles.
1.3 The salt solution is expertly prepared using sodium oxide (chemically pure, analytically pure) combined with distilled or deionized water, ensuring a concentration of (5±0.1)% (mass score), (20±2)ºC,The measured PH value is consistently maintained between 6.5 and 7.2.
1.4 Place the test object into the specially designed smoke box and expertly disperse salt mist at 5ºC~35ºC for 2 hours. Subsequently, transition the test object to the wet and hot chamber for 20-22 hours. The precise temperature is
(40±2)ºC, with a relative humidity of (93±3)%, creating a precise cycle. Repeat this cycle thrice, then proceed to test under standard atmospheric conditions (temperature 23ºC±2ºC,with a relative humidity of 45%~55%) and store for 3 days, thereby completing one cycle and repeat four cycle tests.
1.5 Requirements: Ensure there is no leakage of the battery pack or system, no cracked shell, and no fire or explosion phenomenon.
