The temperature of the battery or battery pack to be tested must be stabilized so that its shell temperature reaches 55±2ºC, and then the battery or battery pack is at 55±2.ºCThe total external resistance under the experience is less than  0. Short-circuit conditions of 1 ohm. This short-circuit condition should be at the temperature of the battery or battery pack shell.Continue for at least 1 hour after returning to 55±2ºC.
