The equipment meets the following testing standards

Structure of the testing chamber
The outer shell of the test box is made of galvanized color steel plate.
The inner boxes are all made of SUS304 stainless steel plates; There is a hanging hole strip on the side of the two inner boxes that can be uniformly adjusted up and down, with a test track frame; At least 10 thermal insulation layers Cm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation interlayer; The connection between the front doors of the inner and outer boxes adopts high-quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames as thermal insulation partitions, which have excellent low-temperature insulation performance; The sealing strip on the door is a series of silicone foam with double channels and wide temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
The mature air supply system adopts multi blade aluminum wind turbines that are resistant to high and low temperatures, driven by motors, to deliver air to the upper louvers. The wind returns from the bottom, with a uniformity of less than 2 º C within the range of -70~100 º C; (Divided by 10 points internationally).
Controller operating system
Adopting the original low-power (8W) temperature and humidity control device, the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 3 º C.

Heating and humidification system
Bare wire nickel chromium alloy electric heating tube, with low thermal inertia, small heating overshoot, and high precision fluctuation guaranteed by power.
1. Humidifier:
Using a humidification cylinder (boiler method) for humidification is more uniform. Surface humidification (water plate method) has faster speed and higher control accuracy, and there will be no impurities such as scale inside the box. Dyeing, good low humidity performance, easy to clean; The humidification tube adopts a seamless stainless steel shell, with an insulation resistance greater than 50M Ω, and is equipped with an anti dry burning controller.
2. Water consumption and energy conservation:
Front mounted 25L large capacity water tank with quick connection design for water and electricity plugging, easy to disassemble and clean: precise dehumidification control in three humidity zones, saving water consumption, and meeting national standards for high temperature and humidity such as 85 º C and 85% RH. The point cooling and dehumidification system is turned off. The closed design greatly reduces water consumption.
