1.1 The specific test subject for this examination is a battery pack or battery system.
1.2 The test object is subjected to a complete 360-degree rotation at a regulated speed of 6 degrees per second, Thereafter, it rotates in precise 90-degree increments, holding each stance for one hour, completing the 360-degree rotational cycle, followed by an observation period lasting two hours.
1.3 The test subject undergoes an accurate 360-degree rotation around the Y axis at a speed of 6 degrees per second, succeeded by incremental 90-degree rotations, sustaining each increment for one hour, completing the rotation, and subsequently observing for two hours.
1.4 Power storage requirements: There must be no leakage, casing rupture, fire, or explosion of the pack or system. The connection must remain steadfast, and the structural integrity intact. Following the test, the insulation resistance value should not fall below 100 ohms per volt.
