1. 1 The test object is the battery system.
1.2 Ensure that all control systems of the test object remain fully operational during testing.
1.3 Implement a short-circuit on the terminal of the test object for a duration of 10Min.
1.4 The short-circuit resistance must not exceed 20mΩ, as agreed upon by both parties. Monitor for a period of 2h.
1.5 Requirements: The protective device must activate, The battery system should exhibit no leakage, casing rupture, fire, or explosion. Post-test insulation must Exhibit a resistance value no less than 100Ω/V.
