Structure of the testing chamber
Built with robustness in mind, the outer shell of the test box is constructed from premium galvanized color steel plate.
The interior showcases high-grade SUS304 stainless steel plates, featuring conveniently adjustable hanging hole strips on the sides, allowing flexibility with a test track frame. It boasts a minimum of 10 layers of thermal insulation using rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool, providing excellent insulation. The door frames are crafted from superior electric wood chicken glass fiber board, renowned for outstanding low-temperature insulation. Seals boast double channel silicone foam, celebrated for wide temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
The sophisticated air circulation system employs high-performance multi blade aluminum wind turbines. These are driven by motors to deliver air efficiently to the upper louvers, with return from the bottom, ensuring a temperature uniformity of less than 2 º C within an extensive range of -70~100 º C, evaluated by international standards.
Controller operating system
Utilizing an original low-power (8W) temperature and humidity control device, this system ensures temperature control precision within ± 3 º C.
