1.2 Test environment:Simulate conditions equivalent to those experienced at an altitude of 4000 meters, meticulously ensuring the air pressure reflects these extreme heights for authentic testing accuracy.Ensure that the temperature is consistently maintained at room temperature, providing stable and reliable test conditions throughout the process.
1.3 Allow the test object to acclimate for 5 hours in the defined environment of 1.2. Then, proceed with a 1C (not exceeding 400A) transverse discharge until reaching the discharge cut-off point on the test object.Conditions. Closely monitor the results with precision for a duration of 2 hours to ensure comprehensive data collection.
1.4 Requirements:The battery pack or system must demonstrate zero discharge current transformation, maintain normal voltage levels, and show no signs of leakage, shell rupture, fire, or explosion. Post-test, insulation integrity must remain uncompromised.The resistance value post-test must be at least 100Ω/V, guaranteeing the utmost safety and reliability, ensuring the equipment's dependable performance.
