Safety Test of Monomer Battery: Experience our meticulous heating test, executed through a series of precise steps:
1. 1. Charge the monomer battery in accordance with method 6.1.3.
1.2 Place the monomer battery into the temperature box. For ion battery temperature boxes, adjust to 5ºC/minute.The rate of temperature increase:From room temperature, it rises to 130ºC±2ºC, and maintain this temperature for 30minutes.Then cease heating. For metal cyanide nickel battery temperature boxes, adjust to:5ºC/minute.The rate increases from room temperature to: 85ºC±2ºC. Stop heating after maintaining this temperature for 2 hours and observe for 1 hour.
Battery Module Safety Test: The heating test process initiates with the following steps:
1.1. 1. Charge the battery module according to method 6.1.4.
1.1.2 For ion battery temperature boxes, adjust to 5ºC/minute.The rate increases from room temperature to 130ºC±2ºC, maintaining this temperature for 30minutes.Then gracefully stop heating.
