1. Temperature shock
1.1 The test objects are battery packs and systems.
1.2 The test object is placed in the alternating of (-40±2)ºC~(85±2)ºC. In the temperature environment,
The conversion time of the two extreme temperatures is within 30 minutes. The test subject is maintained for 8 hours in each extreme temperature environment and cycled 5 times. Observe at room temperature for 2 hours.
1.3 Requirements: It is required that the battery pack or system has no leakage, shell rupture, fire or explosion and other phenomena. The insulation resistance value after the test is not less than 100Ω/V.
2. Wet and hot cycle
2.1 The test objects are battery packs and systems.
2.2 Refer to GB/T2423 to perform test Dd, of which the highest temperature is +80ºC, and the number of cycles is 5 times. At room temperature observe for 2h.
