Structure of the testing chamber
Our testing chamber's outer shell boasts a durable construction from galvanized color steel plate, offering both strength and aesthetic appeal.
The interior of the chamber is crafted from robust SUS304 stainless steel plates. Ingeniously designed with adjustable hanging hole strips and a flexible test track frame, the inner boxes provide versatility. Enhanced by at least 10 cm of thermally efficient rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool insulation, the front door connections feature high-quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames, offering superior low-temperature insulation. The sealing strip is engineered from a silicone foam series, ensuring dual-channel wide temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
Our advanced air supply system utilizes multi-blade aluminum wind turbines, designed to withstand extreme temperatures. Driven by powerful motors, air is channeled with precision through upper louvers, returning from the bottom. This system ensures remarkable uniformity, maintaining less than 2 ºC variance within the -70~100 ºC range, meeting international standards.

Our original, low-power (8W) temperature and humidity control device offers outstanding temperature control accuracy, achieving an impressive ± 3 ºC precision.
