Structure of the testing chamber
The test chamber is meticulously constructed with an outer shell made from robust galvanized color steel plate, offering exceptional durability and protection.
Crafted with precision, the inner boxes are made from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plates. Ingeniously designed, they feature a versatile hanging hole strip on the sides of both inner boxes, enabling uniform vertical adjustments with a test track frame. The chamber is fortified with a minimum of 10 cm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation layers, ensuring superior thermal efficiency. The front doors are connected using premium electric wood chicken glass fiber board frames, serving as efficient thermal insulation partitions with outstanding low-temperature insulation capabilities. A silicone foam series sealing strip with double channels and wide temperature resistance ensures a flawless seal on the door.
Experimental space air circulation:
Our advanced air circulation system implements high-tech multi-blade aluminum wind turbines built to withstand extreme temperatures. Powerful motors drive the turbines, expertly supplying air to the upper louvers while the air returns from the bottom, ensuring impeccable uniformity with a variation of less than 2 º C within the impressive range of -70~100 º C, as validated by international standards.
