Internally, the test chambers feature high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plates. A versatile hanging hole strip on each side allows uniform adjustment of the interior space, complete with a test track frame. The design includes at least 10 thermal insulation layers, made from rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool, ensuring superior thermal insulation. The meticulous connection between the inner and outer front doors uses top-notch electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames as insulation, providing outstanding low-temperature resistance. The sealing strip on the door is crafted from a series of silicone foam, offering dual-channel wide temperature resistance for maximum performance.

Our advanced air supply system incorporates multi-blade aluminum wind turbines, known for their high and low temperature resistance. These turbines, motor-driven, efficiently channel air to the upper louvers while facilitating a return from the bottom. This design ensures a temperature uniformity of less than 2 º C across an impressive range of -70~100 º C, meeting international standards of excellence.
