Product Description

Relevant Standard Testing Requirements
1.1 The test object is a battery pack or system. Referring to the installation position of the test object on the vehicle and the requirements of GB/T2423.43, install the test object on the vibration test bench. The vibration test is carried out in three directions. The test starts from the Z-axis, followed by the Y-axis, and finally the X-axis. The test process refers to GB/T2423.56.

1.2 For the test objects installed below the vehicle crew, the test shall be carried out referring to Table 2, Table 4, Table 5 and Figure 1. For the test objects installed in other positions, the test parameters shall be carried out according to Table 2, Table 3, Table 5 and Figure 1.

Vibration Test of the Electronic Devices in the Storage Battery Pack or System

2.1 For the test objects installed on the part above the vehicle suspension (vehicle body), conduct a random vibration test according to Figure 2 and Table 6. For the test objects installed in other positions, refer to the relevant tests in GB/T28046.3 for testing.

2.2 Execute the random vibration in accordance with GB/T2423.56. Each plane of the test object shall be subjected to an 8-hour vibration test.

2.3 During the vibration process, the test object shall operate in Mode 3.2 as required by GB/T28046.1-2011 for installation.

2.4 Requirements: For the storage battery pack or system, during the test, there shall be no abrupt voltage change in the minimum monitoring unit of the storage battery pack or system (the absolute value of the voltage difference shall not exceed 0.15V). The storage battery pack or system shall maintain a reliable connection and an intact structure. There shall be no phenomena such as leakage, casing rupture, fire, or explosion in the storage battery pack or system. The insulation resistance value after the test shall be not less than 100Ω/V.

For the electronic devices of the storage battery pack or system, they shall have a reliable connection and an intact structure during the test, without any looseness after installation. Moreover, the measurement accuracy of the status parameters after the test shall meet the requirements specified in Table 1.
