1.4 Secure the test object within the smoke chamber, exposing it to salt mist at a maintained temperature range of 5ºC to 35ºC for 2 hours. After spray exposure, transition the test object to the wet and hot tank for an additional 20 to 22 hours at a set temperature of
(40±2)ºC with a relative humidity of (93±3)%, thereby completing one full cycle. This sequence is repeated three times, concluding with a final test under standard atmospheric conditions (temperature strictly at 23ºC±2ºC,with relative humidity consistently held between 45%~55%) and reserved for 3 days, creating a comprehensive cycle to be executed four times.
1.5 Requirements: The battery pack or system must strictly show no signs of leakage, casing fractures, combustion, orexplosive tendencies.
