1.1 The test object is the battery system.
1.2 All control systems within the test object must remain functional throughout the testing process, ensuring the utmost accuracy and reliability of results.
1.3 Conduct a short-circuit at the test object's terminal for a duration of 10Min.
1.4 The short-circuit resistance shall not exceed 20mΩ, as mutually agreed. Monitor for 2 hours to verify adherence.
1.5 Requirements: The protective device must operate impeccably,The battery system must exhibit no leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or any other adverse phenomena. After testing, insulationThe resistance value must remain not less than 100Ω/V, guaranteeing sustained performance and safety.
