1.4 Position the test object into the specially designed smoke box and administer salt mist at temperatures spanning 5ºC to 35ºC for 2 hours. Following the spray, transition the test object to the wet and hot tank for an additional 20 to 22 hours, while maintaining a temperature of
(40±2)ºC, and ensuring relative humidity at (93±3)%. This meticulous process completes one cycle. Repeat this cycle thrice, and then test under standard atmospheric conditions (temperature is maintained at 23ºC±2ºC,relative humidity ranges from 45% to 55%). Store the test object for 3 days, completing a full cycle, which is reiterated four times.
1.5 Requirements: Ensure the utmost integrity of the battery pack or system by preventing any leakage, avoiding cracked casings, and ensuring no instances of fire or explosion occurrences.
