Structure of the testing chamber

Inside the chambers, premium SUS304 stainless steel plates define quality. Adjustable hanging hole strips on the sides allow adaptable test track framing. The construction features at least 10 cm of rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation layers, ensuring top-tier heat retention. Between the inner and outer boxes, high-quality electric wood chicken glass fiber board frames provide superior low-temperature insulation. A series of silicone foam sealing strips with dual channels offer exceptional wide temperature resistance.
Experimental space air circulation:
Our sophisticated air circulation system is driven by high-efficiency multi-blade aluminum wind turbines, designed for extreme temperatures. These turbines, powered by robust motors, guarantee optimal air delivery to upper louvers, with an even air return from below, achieving an extraordinary uniformity of less than 2 º C across a range of -70~100 º C, all in compliance with international standards, precisely divided across 10 points.
