Relevant standard test requirements
1. 1 The test object is the battery system.
1.2 The test object must have all control systems fully operational during testing.
1.3 Short-circuit the terminal of the test object for 10Min.
1.4 The short-circuit resistance should not surpass 20mΩ, with agreement from both parties. Monitor for 2h.
1.5 Essential criteria: The protective device must activate, The battery system should remain free of leakage, casing rupture, fire, or explosion. Post-test insulation Resistance must be no less than 100Ω/V.
