Structure of the Testing Chamber
The exterior shell of the testing chamber is constructed from galvanized color steel plate, ensuring durability and reliability.
The inner boxes are expertly crafted from SUS304 stainless steel plates, featuring a strategically placed hanging hole strip on the side of the two inner boxes for seamless, uniform up-and-down adjustment, complete with a test track frame. With at least 10 thermal insulation layers composed of Cm rigid polyurethane foam and glass wool thermal insulation interlayer, the connection between the front doors of the inner and outer boxes utilizes premium electric wood chicken glass fiber board door frames as thermal insulation partitions, offering outstanding low-temperature insulation performance. The door sealing strip is engineered with a series of silicone foam with double channels, providing extensive temperature resistance.
Experimental Space Air Circulation:
Our advanced air supply system features multi-blade aluminum wind turbines that can withstand both high and low temperatures, powered by motors to efficiently deliver air through the upper louvers. The air returns from the bottom with an impressive uniformity of less than 2 º C within the temperature range of -70~100 º C, benchmarked internationally by a 10-point scale.


Controller Operating System
Utilizing an original low-power (8W) temperature and humidity control device, it achieves remarkable temperature control accuracy of ± 3 º C.
1. High Resolution Screen:
Features a 7-inch TET true color LCD resistive touch screen, boasting a high resolution of up to 800 * 480, ensuring vibrant display clarity.
2. High Program Capacity:
Boasts a significant memory capacity of 1000 programs/1000 segments, with 999 total loops and 999 partial loops; it includes 10 sets of program linking functions and offers a real-time temperature curve display for immediate query access.
3. High Data Storage Capacity:
Effortlessly transfer up to 300 days of historical data during storage operation by directly uploading to the hard disk or network cable to the computer, or seamlessly load it into the controller.
4. Easy Connection:
The controller is equipped with LAN standard Ethernet communication, facilitating connection of up to 16 devices with a single software; through the machine's outflow interface, it simplifies connecting to the regional network, enabling remote program control capabilities, including real-time monitoring and historical curve playback.


Heating and Humidification System
Features a bare wire nickel chromium alloy electric heating tube, ensuring low thermal inertia and minimal heating overshoot, with high precision fluctuation guaranteed by power adjustment.

Our innovative humidification cylinder utilizes the boiler method to achieve unparalleled uniformity, ensuring an even distribution of humidity throughout. Meanwhile, the surface humidification method, or water plate method, accelerates the process with precision, leaving no impurities like scale within the chamber. Experience exceptional low humidity performance with ease of maintenance. The humidification tube is crafted from seamless stainless steel, boasting insulation resistance exceeding 50M Ω, and is enhanced with a safeguard against dry burning, promising unmatched reliability.
2. Optimize water usage and promote energy efficiency:
Featuring a front-mounted 25L large-capacity water tank with an ingenious quick connection design for seamless water and electricity access, our system is not only easy to disassemble and clean but also offers precise dehumidification across three distinct humidity zones. This design conserves water while adhering to national high temperature and humidity standards of 85 º C and 85% RH. Additionally, by turning off the point cooling and dehumidification system, the closed design significantly curtails water consumption, embodying efficiency and sustainability.
