1.1 The test object is the battery pack or system.
1.2 Test environment:Simulate an atmospheric pressure condition equivalent to an altitude of 4000 meters,with the ambient temperature precisely stabilized at room temperature.
1.3 Allow the test object to reach comprehensive stabilization over a duration of 5 hours in the environment elaborated in 1.2, followed by performing a 1C (maximum 400A) transverse discharge leading to the discharge cut-off conditions. Diligently observe the object consistently for a duration of 2 hours.Conditions.
1.4 Requirements:The battery pack or system must show no signs of discharge current transformation, abnormal voltage, leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or any form of malfunction. After completion of the test, insulationThe resistance value must steadfastly remain above 100Ω/V.
