The electric vibration table is equipped with a horizontal sliding table to achieve three-way vibration testing. It can also be equipped with a temperature and humidity test chamber to form a multi platform environmental testing system.
The horizontal sliding table of GT and BT systems can be used with any vibration table, providing a suitable testing platform for horizontal direction testing. The steel structure base designed and manufactured according to the concept of integration provides a strong platform for the calibration of electric vibration tables and horizontal sliding tables. All horizontal sliding tables are designed with precision machined natural granite and high-quality guide bearings, which can meet different application requirements. The reinforced welding platform has good reaction quality and damping effect. The built-in vibration isolation system can reduce the propagation of vibrations to the ground and prevent interference with the purpose of the testing equipment.
By using a turbine scroll or sprocket rotation system, one person can easily rotate the vibration table body and connect it to the horizontal sliding table independently. The use of mechanical limit devices can ensure the connection between the horizontal sliding table and the vibration table. We offer various models of horizontal skateboards ranging from 300mm * 300mm (for small vibration tables) to 2*2m skateboards for large specimen testing. Different models of restricted bearings can meet different application requirements for system operation.
The area and thickness of the skateboard determine the quality of the activity system and also affect the upper frequency limit of the tabletop; Users can customize it specifically.
The horizontal sliding table is divided into inclined connection and vertical connection according to the connection method (selected according to user requirements); According to the guiding method, it can be divided into the GT series V-shaped guide rail guiding method and the BT series static pressure bearing guiding method.

GT series guided oil film horizontal sliding table
The GT series guide oil film horizontal sliding table design adopts relatively inexpensive guide V-groove bearings, which are matched with magnesium alloy horizontal sliding plates.
The V-shaped guide rail horizontal sliding table consists of a sliding plate, V-shaped guide rail, connecting head, natural granite flat plate, horizontal sliding table base, and built-in static pressure oil source.
Built in oil supply pump, compact structure and easy operation. The number of V-shaped guide rails varies depending on the size of the slide table. This V-shaped guide rail has a high anti overturning moment. The static pressure oil disperses under the entire horizontal skateboard through small holes on the granite slab. The oil film forms a low friction water sliding surface, and appropriate damping is used to suppress resonance, overturning moment, and overturning moment.
