1. 1 The subject of the test is the battery pack or system.
1.2 Test Environment: Simulate an air pressure equivalent to an altitude of 4000m. The ambient temperature is kept at room level.
1.3 Stage the test object in the environment of 1.2 for 5 hours, followed by a 1C (not exceeding 400A) transverse discharge until reaching the discharge cut-off.Conditions. Monitor for a duration of 2 hours.
1.4 Requirements: Ensure the battery pack or system exhibits no discharge current transformation, abnormal voltage, leakage, shell rupture, fire, explosion, or other anomalies. Post-test insulationThe resistance value must be no less than 100Ω/V.
