A) Squeezing Direction:Pressure is applied perpendicularly to the battery pole plate's orientation (refer to Figure 1 for reference).
B) Extruded Plate Form:Featuring a radius of 75mm,the semicircular body,ensures that the length (L) of the semi-cylinder surpasses the dimensions of the squeezed battery.
C) Squeezing Speed:: (5±1)mm/s
D) Degree of Squeezing:Achieved when the voltage plummets to 0V, the deformation attains 30%, or the extrusion force reaches an impressive 200kN.Back Stop:Cease squeezing; maintain observation for a duration of 1 hour.
2. Battery Module Safety Test: The extrusion test is executed according to these steps:1.1 The monomer battery undergoes charging via the 6.1.4 method and is thoroughly tested under the ensuing conditions:
A) The direction in which the battery module is most readily squeezed aligns with the layout of the entire vehicle.If determining the most readily squeezed direction is unattainable, it defaults to perpendicular to the monomer battery.Pressure is consequently applied in the arrangement direction (illustrated in Figure 3).
B) Extruded Plate Form: A semicircular body with a 75mm radius, featuring a semi-cylinder.The body length exceeds the size of the squeezed battery but remains within 1m.
C) Squeezing Speed:: (5±1) mm/s
D) Squeezing Degree: The deformation of the battery module attains 30%, or the extrusion force equals 1000 times the battery module's weight or the greater value from Table 2, maintaining this pressure for 10 minutes and observing for an hour.1000 times the weight of the battery module and the larger value of the values listed in Table 2, maintain for 10min and observe for 1h
