1. 1 The test subject is the battery pack or system
1.2 Test environment: Simulating air pressure conditions equivalent to an altitude of 4000m, The ambient condition is maintained at room temperature.
1.3 Following a 5-hour acclimation period in the environment described in 1.2, execute a 1C (not exceeding 400A) transverse discharge until the discharge cut-off point on the test subject.Conditions. Engage in a meticulous observation period for 2 hours post-discharge.
1.4 Requirements: The battery pack or system must exhibit no signs of discharge current alteration, abnormal voltage fluctuations, leakage, structural rupture, ignition, or explosion. Post-test insulationThe resistance value should remain a minimum of 100Ω/V
