In actual vibration testing, the specimen or fixture is often larger than the moving coil table of the electric table. In this case, it is necessary to expand the original table, and a common method is to install an auxiliary expansion table. There are strict requirements for the expansion table in terms of operating frequency, table weight, table acceleration, amplitude uniformity, and lateral motion.
The HE series expansion table provides a larger installation table than the dynamic coil for vertical testing. The expansion table is made of lightweight magnesium or aluminum table metal materials, which have a high strength to weight ratio. For small-sized fixtures, cheaper aluminum table metal materials can be chosen, which will result in a smaller increase in overall quality. The expansion table can test multiple projects simultaneously, reducing testing time. The expansion table with load support guidance can reliably install and test large-sized specimens, reducing the risk of damaging the vibration table suspension system. The guided expansion table can be used to simulate testing large and heavy equipment under harsh transportation conditions, and can also be used to test equipment with additional constraints and loads and more stringent testing conditions.
The fixtures can also be designed and manufactured according to the installation needs of the customer's test samples. Cube shaped and L-shaped T-shaped fixtures can be used for testing multiple small-sized parts. For triaxial testing, cubic, L-shaped, and T-shaped fixtures are preferred by customers and do not require the addition of a horizontal slide table.
The design of fixtures is carried out using software for monthly FEM calculation, which ensures the design of fixtures with superior dynamic performance.

The equivalent mass of magnesium expansion tables decreases to 65% of aluminum expansion tables of the same model, reducing the monthly frequency range to 90% of aluminum expansion tables of the same model.

HE 300SQ/A (HE 300 RD/A) to HE 500S0/A (HE 500 RD/A) use 80x80mm rectangular fabric holes.
HE 600SQ/A (HE 600 RD/A) to HEl200 SQ/A (HEl200 RD/A) use 100x100mm rectangular holes.
